By using our Service, you (whether you are a Client or a Talent) hereby acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and that you have understood and accepted the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and as otherwise permitted or required by law. This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, users and others who access the Service.

  1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you use our Service, we may collect the following information about you:

1.1 Information You Provide Us Directly:

(a) Account Information. In order to create your account, you, as a user, are required to provide certain personal information. If you are a Client or using the Service on behalf of a Client, such personal information includes the name of the Client, contact information of the Client, such as the Client’s email address, and your name and title. If you are a Talent, your account will be created from the information provided by the Client as described in Section 1.3 below, and you are required to register the Talent’s pseudonym in your account.

In addition, you may voluntarily provide us with your profiles such as work history, skills, education, profile photo, on-chain credentials, and other job-related information. The work history provided by you will be converted into pseudonymous work history using Chat GPT operated by OpenAI, L.L.C. (“OpenAI”). As your profiles including pseudonymized work history will be made public in the Service, it is your responsibility to confirm that the profiles do not include any information which can be used to identify you.

(b) Customer Support. We collect any information that you voluntarily provide to us when you contact us for customer service, IT support or any other purposes.

1.2 Information Automatically Collected from Your Device:

While your accessing or using our Service, we may collect your Internet Protocol address, the type of computer device you use, the type and version of your browser and operating system, browser settings of your location and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, metadata and other details regarding your computer or your activity on our website. In addition, we use “cookies” and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your use of the Service, such as the way you interact with features on our website or how long you spend on certain webpages. However, in order to keep the pseudonymity of the Talents, we do not collate the type of computer device the talent uses, the type and version of talent’s browser and operating system, browser settings of talent’s location and language with the account information of such Talent.

1.3 Information Provided from Third Parties:

Upon the sign-up process for a Client, the Client provides us with the personal information of the Talent, which may include the Talent’s e-mail address and wallet address for cryptocurrencies.

1.4 Passport Information of Talents:

In the KYC process described in Section 2.1 below, we receive a Talent’s passport information from Stripe. However, such passport information is automatically encrypted and stored only for the purpose described in Section 3.2.
